Visa & Immigration

Do I need to apply for a Non-Immigrant Education Visa if my country is eligible for a Visa Exemption (Free Visa) or Tourist Visa?

Yes. According to our Faculty's regulations and Thai Immigration Law, all visiting students are strictly required to apply for a Non-Immigrant Education Visa (Non-ED).

Your visa type must correctly align with the purpose of your entry into Thailand (Education/Training, not Tourism).

⚠️ CRITICAL WARNING: We strongly advise against entering the country on a Tourist Visa or Visa Exemption (Free Visa). Doing so creates a discrepancy between your visa status and your actual clinical activities, which may lead to: 1. Refusal of entry by the Immigration Bureau at the airport. 2. Legal complications during your training at our hospital.
