Ramathibodi's Executives Joined the Welcome Reception for the Vice-Chancellor and President of Macquarie University

On November 15, 2024, the delegates from the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital led by Clin. Prof. Artit Ungkanont, M.D., Dean, along with Asst. Prof. Suchin Worawichawong, M.D., Deputy Dean for International Relations, and Dr. Sittiprapa Isarangura, Ph.D., Chair, Ph.D. Program in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, joined as part of Mahidol University's executives at the welcome reception for Prof. Bruce Dowton, Vice Chancellor and President of Macquarie University, and Mr. Matthew Monkhouse, Director, Southeast Asia & Eurasia, from Macquarie University, Australia, together with Ms. Watinee Kharnwong, Director (Education), Australian Embassy Bangkok. The event was kindly hosted by the executives of Mahidol University led by Assoc. Prof. Sittiwat Lertsiri, Ph.D., Vice President, along with Assoc. Prof. Yodchanan Wongsawat, Ph.D., Vice President for Research, Assoc. Prof. Nopraenue Sajjarax Dhirathiti, Ph.D., Vice President for Global Partnerships and University Council, Ms. Nara Pao-in, Vice President for People Management and Organization Development.

This meeting aimed to follow up on the progression of the ASEAN hearing hub and discuss potential collaborations on education, research, and mobility between Mahidol University and Macquarie University, focusing on the Cotutelle & Joint Supervision Program, Mobility Programs, and Seed Grant scholarships.
